I'm going to end my 5/3/1 experience and switch over to high frequency autoregulated stuff again. More fun, and seems like a better idea for losing fat.
Felt good considering my quads are fucking destroyed from Friday's workout and I haven't LB squatted in a long time. Kept the rest periods to 60 seconds.
