Notes
Deadlifts moved great. It took me a while to warm up and lift with more brio. Best working sets were 3rd to 5th. Volume sets were great. I would have run out of grip, if I had done a 4th volume set.

Overhead presses: moved great, proper technique throughout. (I was very warmed up from the deadlifts). Short breaks.

I couldn't do seated rows, as the machine was taken. Alternative to this?
