Notes

Sumo deadlifts
Sets became better from the 3rd working set onwards.
Chalk helped tremendously with the grip. No chance I'd have lifted without chalk.
No problem at all with the volume sets. Could have done one more, but no time and laziness.

Overhead presses were amazing. Best ever.
