Presses were easy, original aim was 12 but after those were easy I figured I'd do 14 since that's what I hit at 165 a few weeks ago. Puts my press at a cool 249, pretty excited to max that out next week, I think I can break 250 and cross off another 2012 goal.
Squats went really well too. I hit 405 in my over-warmup for another easy beltless single and it is absolutely ridiculous how easy it looks on video, like it's 135. I'm really confident that I'm going to be knocking on 500's door very, very soon. Cut off my top work set at 10 reps to avoid unnecessary slop.
Inverted rows felt good, tough to squeeze out the last rep by the last couple of sets but no big deal. I did the last 6 sets on a 90 second clock just to get them done faster, worked pretty well.
