Went in on one small meal and 6 hours of sleep, still PR'd my press. Probably could've squeezed out another rep.

Squats went okay, not brutally hard but I've had easier sessions with the same or more weight.

Chins went well, banged through them a lot more powerfully than usual. Did the extra assisted volume set at the end again, really like incorporating that.

Solid day. Back to school work now til about 3am.
