Went in tired on 5.5 hours of sleep and a full day of class, with a rib injury, and still PR'd my press and my squat. Feels good man.

I had the 455 squat on video but my training partner was standing right in front of the camera, didn't know it was filming! Bah. Wanted to see that one because it felt a little ugly coming up, although it wasn't at all slow.

I still suck at rows.
