Two huge bench PRs. Bitchin'. Pause squats were rough. Need to stop trying to PR every time and keep a few in the tank to keep them clean. Will get a little more conservative next cycle! Still pretty happy though considering my best Pause Squat was 365 x 1 only a few months ago...

Gonna do my chins later tonight, no time at the gym.
