Went in today with no expectations since my back was still destroyed and I'm also developing a cold. Pressing was feeling good though and I've wanted to do 135x20 for a while, so I just ripped them out. Was a total joke, pretty sure I could have done 30.
Did some air squats and stretched out a little and got the feeling I might be able to put some weight on the bar despite my back, so I knocked out a couple sets of light, really slow and controlled pause squats to test the waters. Back actually felt really good after the pressing and the squats went fine. Not going to get carried away though.
We'll see how it feels in the morning, but good feeling that this is healing up fast.
