Awesome day. 225 press was effortless, and 205x10 is a PR at that weight easily, although the 185x15 from a few weeks ago is technically a better effort.

Original plan was 430x8, but I figured I'd aim for 10 so I'd at least get 8 for sure. Ended up crushing all 10 for a monstrous PR. 573 calculated max. Being fat is awesome.

+10% day again. I am going to fucking obliterate this meet.
