Randomly decided to go for a press PR today. Went well, except my elbows hate me, haha... Whatever though, I have a couple weeks where I can fuck around and take things light before I have to take things seriously again. 275 was hard as fuck but I'm pretty pumped.

Since my elbow was pissed I did some high bar squats, but the arches in my feet have been pretty messed up since yesterday for some reason. Very uncomfortable to walk and even more uncomfortable to squat. I've had this problem before with my left foot but only in weightlifting shoes and not as severe, so hopefully just taking it easy will make it go away. I bought some arch supports to wear for the next while until they get better, and I'll probably have to get some better shoes than the shitty slip on skate shoes I wear now with zero support at all. Just did some shitty light warmups, then gave up because of my feet.

Planned to start the DB Rows today but the elbow was fucked so I didn't.

Gonna take it pretty easy until at least next week. Still can't complain about a 275 press.
