Pressing is not really feeling right lately, struggling with my balance at the top of the reps and not lowering them closer enough to my face. Nevertheless, still got my target reps, even though they really should've been easier and required less layback.
Squats were feeling pretty good today. Hit 465 as my overwarmup single which is a beltless PR technically, but not really anything to write home about. 425 x 6 actually looks harder than it felt, which is sort of backwards, haha... Wasn't even gassed or anything after that set. Pretty sure I could still get 10 in that sort of weight range if I really wanted it.
Chins are so much fucking easier after losing 20 pounds. I had a little trouble on the fourth set, but the rest felt really good.
Overall a 3 day, pretty solid.
