Nothing special here either, more lame deload crap. Randomly decided to work up to a heavy-ish single on the bench, went up pretty smooth but came out of the groove a bit after the sticking point. Can't wait for school to end so I can get more than 5 hours sleep and get body on some sort of regular routine with diet and sleep. This is retarded.
