Continental cleans are feeling really solid after some tips from Mike at 70's Big. Doing the continentals DOH now and it's a lot easier surprisingly. Feeling really good about that event now. I did a bunch of reps at 200, sometimes a few presses at the top, sometimes just one, so I don't really know what to log. Last set I was was 5 reps all from the floor. Video is part of that set, got cut off because we stopped for a sec to get the rings out of the way after smashing them, hah...
Squats still feel horrible for some reason. Knees are still pissed from the farmer's and nothing feels strong so I just did a couple light sets so I don't forget how to squat and moved on.
Chins felt like crap on my elbows.
Probably a 2 session overall, but the axle cleans were a 3 for sure.
