Pretty solid day, everything was easy (except chins as always).
Press was no problem, originally was going to just do 10 but figured what the hell. Still had more in the tank.
Pause squats felt on point today, technique felt really solid. Last set was still pretty easy, but by the end of it I was starting to lose my back angle on the ascent. Long sets of pause squats are rough.
Chins were worse than last week, but my upper back and biceps were still feeling it from Saturday, so hopefully those numbers improve a bit next week.
