Press was easy, beltless and wrapless (as always.) Could probably have done 12 if I had cared to. I think I'm good for about 285 with a belt and wrist wraps at the moment, might have to give it a shot next week.
I've had this goal of pause squatting 500 for about 6 months now, so I decided to give it a go today, without a belt. Ended up getting 2 really damn smooth and clean reps, despite the second one being a bit slower. 405 x 6 after that was a total piece of cake and I absolutely buried the reps. Felt solid!
Chins were actually pretty good today as well, the set of 7 was much cleaner than the last 2 weeks.
Pretty close to a 4 day really, everything felt spot on.
